Five  factors for Whole School Coaching Success –  and a new career?


In February half term of this year, four more talented teachers and coaches took on the challenge of becoming Licensed Coach Trainers.  Richard Lindo, Jean Ramsey, Terri Broughton and Ruth Springer all spent three days gaining their Master Trainer Accreditation and are now learning how to deliver the specifics of the one day Introduction to Coaching Accredited course.  They follow last year’s four trainees who have graduated as Licensed Coaches and have already begun running courses with excellent feedback from participants.
