Will Thomas

Will Thomas is a training consultant and performance coach. He is the director of Vision for Learning Ltd.He works with individuals and organisations to develop performance-enhancing solutions.

His career began in personnel management with Marks and Spencer Plc, and was followed by highly successful roles in teaching and educational leadership. He held a post as a respected head of science in a Worcestershire High School and led his team to impressive improvements in exam performance. He has acted as advisor to Worcestershire LEA and has extensive training and coaching experience with a wide range of clients in over 300 organisations.

Will holds a Masters Degree majoring in mentoring and counselling and a Certificate in Performance Coaching. He is a qualified coach and Certified Master Practitioner of NLP, Timeline Therapy™ and Hypnosis. He has worked extensively in organizations and individuals in the UK and with British and American institutions abroad. He is co-author of The Head of Department Pocketbook and Coaching Solutions He is author of The Managing Workload Pocketbook and Coaching Solutions Resource book.

He works with clients of all ages to facilitate change, including work-related performance enhancement and also therapeutic work in the area of fears, phobias, confidence, career and health.

Will’s passion for facilitating the growth of individuals and organisations is obvious. His infectious enthusiasm for training and coaching are evident from the first time you meet him.
