Gavin Kewley

Gavin has a passion for staying positive and for increasing the realms of possibility. With extensive experience as qualified coach, counsellor and trainer his training and development company has worked with over a thousand people developing personal performance in life and at the work place.

He works at individual, small group and whole establishment level. In one-to-one coaching sessions and through solution focussed workshops he has enabled others to develop a range of sustainable and practical approaches to developing their exploratory thinking skills, personal target setting and in taking those steps to success.
As a qualified Yachtmaster he also runs personal development courses afloat. Participants in these voyages of discovery leave with beliefs and values honoured and new challenges defined. Sailing a yacht along the south coast is an almost a unique context in which to receive life coaching.

He has been successful in developing the personal effectiveness for all levels of ability and motivation. Having worked with hundreds of young people experiencing behaviour difficulties, some in danger of, or returning from, exclusion from school, he has a thorough understanding of the challenges faced by both young people and their families. He has extensive experience working with specialist support agencies in supporting a community response to their needs.

Gavin applies his approaches to his own life and has maintained an active and balanced lifestyle which encompasses a happy family life in Dorset and successful competition in triathlon.
