Sarah Mook

Sarah is a highly experienced trainer and teacher. One of her many strengths is her breadth of research and development work in the UK and the United States.

With a degree in languages and drama, her career has led her in a number of interesting directions including inner city teaching and special educational needs work. This has been in primary and special education. Sarah has also taught in a progressive school, with an emphasis on experiential and creative learning.

This has led her into an inclusion project for disaffected young people, excluded from school. Sarah successfully motivated these young people and re-integrated many of them back into school. She has worked closely with Feltham Young Offender’s Unit in the past.
Sarah went on to study group dynamics and psychology.

She is now an independent consultant, working for organisations as varied as Lucent Technologies, The Schoolhouse Education Project and The Imperial School of Medicine, ALITE and Vision for Learning Ltd.

Sarah’s training and coaching is rooted in sound learning theory and her years of practical experience in teaching and training. Her training style is inspirational, highly motivating and fun. She connects with her audience and leads them to new levels of thinking and performance.

Angus McLeod

Dr Angus McLeod is a respected coach, facilitator and  author with an international reputation in coaching and leadership.

Angus McLeod is widely regarded through his training and master-classes in coaching as well as his books on coaching and leadership. He designed the Diploma Course in Performance Coaching for Newcastle College (from 2004) with over 10,000 students in its first two years. He has written books on teams, coaching and leadership and published articles widely.

He was an academic before making fast progress in business including Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer positions,  with over a dozen directorships to his name.

He works from the UK and US with a broad customer-base from government to NGO, from manufacturing to IT, from insurance to publishing.

His style is facilitative and in coaching he shows that variety in approach is determined by the needs of the coachee; sometimes soft and supportive, sometimes incisive, sometimes deeply challenging.

June Whittle

June Whittle, Coach and Trainer

Before founding her coaching and training practice, June had highly successful careers in education and film and video production.

June has a wide understanding of the educational world which she brings to coaching in schools.  She has a passion for learning and a wealth of experience in the classroom, on leadership teams and as an education consultant to schools in Surrey.

She is an inspiring and thought- provoking Coach and Trainer. Clients and course participants are encouraged to reach for their personal best through one-to-one sessions, team workshops and training programmes.  She combines her knowledge of the learning process with cutting edge people development skills.

June gained her professional coaching qualification through The Coaching Academy, Europe’s largest training organisation. She is an Accredited Assessor for the Institute of Educational Coaching (IEC) and a Member of the Association for Coaching (MAC) which promotes excellence and ethics across the coaching profession. She runs a private practice in Surrey working with organisations and individuals at every level.

Tom Hill

Tom has an infectious enthusiasm for sustainable living and the environment. An Environmental Sciences graduate and accomplished postgraduate student, he is a London-based ecological footprint consultant.

We are delighted to have him on the team,  as our environmental and sustainability consultant, assisting us to reduce our impact on the environment, and to navigate the often confusing spectrum of green operating options.
