Will Thomas is a training consultant and performance coach. He is the director of Vision for Learning Ltd.He works with individuals and organisations to develop performance-enhancing solutions.

His career began in personnel management with Marks and Spencer Plc, and was followed by highly successful roles in teaching and educational leadership. Simon Percival

As a coach, Simon’s first client was a young man who had constantly confounded those around him with his apparent inability to fulfill his ‘obvious potential’. Some challenging questions, honest answers, clear goals and a systematic action plan soon saw this individual achieving all he had set his sights on. Many years after he had coached himself to this series of successes, Simon became a qualified coach, intent on helping others harness their own inner resourcefulness for positive, affirming and exciting results.

Simon now runs a private practice based in the north of England, specialising in professional development and career coaching. As a former teacher in institutions as diverse as secondary schools, sixth forms, English language schools, adult education and prisons, he naturally has a particular interest in learning and those who enable it.

As well as being an accomplished coach, Simon is a popular presenter and facilitator of courses designed to help schools develop more ‘thinking-ful’ and creative lessons that take account of the learning needs of students. His work with the students themselves focuses on their attitudes and skills for learning.

Gavin has a passion for staying positive and for increasing the realms of possibility. With extensive experience as qualified coach, counsellor and trainer his training and development company has worked with over a thousand people developing personal performance in life and at the work place.

He works at individual, small group and whole establishment level. In one-to-one coaching sessions and through solution focussed workshops he has enabled others to develop a range of sustainable and practical approaches to developing their exploratory thinking skills, personal target setting and in taking those steps to success.
As a qualified Yachtmaster he also runs personal development courses afloat. Participants in these voyages of discovery leave with beliefs and values honoured and new challenges defined. Sailing a yacht along the south coast is an almost a unique context in which to receive life coaching.

He has been successful in developing the personal effectiveness for all levels of ability and motivation. Having worked with hundreds of young people experiencing behaviour difficulties, some in danger of, or returning from, exclusion from school, he has a thorough understanding of the challenges faced by both young people and their families. He has extensive experience working with specialist support agencies in supporting a community response to their needs.

Gavin applies his approaches to his own life and has maintained an active and balanced lifestyle which encompasses a happy family life in Dorset and successful competition in triathlon.

Sarah Mook

Sarah is a highly experienced trainer and teacher. One of her many strengths is her breadth of research and development work in the UK and the United States.

With a degree in languages and drama, her career has led her in a number of interesting directions including inner city teaching and special educational needs work. This has been in primary and special education. Sarah has also taught in a progressive school, with an emphasis on experiential and creative learning.

This has led her into an inclusion project for disaffected young people, excluded from school. Sarah successfully motivated these young people and re-integrated many of them back into school. She has worked closely with Feltham Young Offender’s Unit in the past.
Sarah went on to study group dynamics and psychology.

She is now an independent consultant, working for organisations as varied as Lucent Technologies, The Schoolhouse Education Project and The Imperial School of Medicine, ALITE and Vision for Learning Ltd.

Sarah’s training and coaching is rooted in sound learning theory and her years of practical experience in teaching and training. Her training style is inspirational, highly motivating and fun. She connects with her audience and leads them to new levels of thinking and performance.

Dr Angus McLeod is a respected coach, facilitator and  author with an international reputation in coaching and leadership.

Angus McLeod is widely regarded through his training and master-classes in coaching as well as his books on coaching and leadership. He designed the Diploma Course in Performance Coaching for Newcastle College (from 2004) with over 10,000 students in its first two years. He has written books on teams, coaching and leadership and published articles widely.

He was an academic before making fast progress in business including Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer positions,  with over a dozen directorships to his name.

He works from the UK and US with a broad customer-base from government to NGO, from manufacturing to IT, from insurance to publishing.

His style is facilitative and in coaching he shows that variety in approach is determined by the needs of the coachee; sometimes soft and supportive, sometimes incisive, sometimes deeply challenging.

June has a wide understanding of the educational world which she brings to coaching in schools.  She has a passion for learning and a wealth of experience in the classroom, on leadership teams and as an education consultant to schools in Surrey.

Clients and course participants are encouraged to reach for their personal best through one-to-one sessions, team workshops and training programmes.  She combines her knowledge of the learning process with cutting edge people development skills.

June gained her professional coaching qualification through The Coaching Academy, Europe’s largest training organisation. She is an Accredited Assessor for the Institute of Educational Coaching (IEC) and a Member of the Association for Coaching (MAC) which promotes excellence and ethics across the coaching profession. She runs a private practice in Surrey working with organisations and individuals at every level.

We are delighted to have him on the team,  as our environmental and sustainability consultant, assisting us to reduce our impact on the environment, and to navigate the often confusing spectrum of green operating options.
